These terms apply to your use of the AI Music Radar app. By using the app you agree to them. The Apple Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies; if the two conflict, these terms control to the extent allowed by that agreement.
GrepAwk LLC grants you a personal, non-transferable license to use the app on Apple devices you own or control, as permitted by the App Store Terms of Service.
You keep all rights to the music you record or import and to the transcriptions you create. Make sure you have the right to record, transcribe and share any music you use with the app.
Transcriptions are produced automatically by a machine-learning model and may contain missing, extra or wrong notes, rhythms or keys. Check results before relying on them.
Do not reverse engineer, resell or redistribute the app, or use it to infringe anyone’s rights.
The app includes open-source components, including the Basic Pitch model by Spotify (Apache-2.0) and the GeneralUser GS SoundFont, used under their licenses.
The app is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, GrepAwk LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
